At LeLu Blu, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges in line with the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted on full-priced items only.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Items returned without tags or in a worn/used condition.

Underwear or intimates due to hygiene reasons.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested item is not available, you may opt for store credit or a full refund on eligible items.
4. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
