Refund & Returns Policy

At LeLu Blu, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges in line with the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted on full-priced items only.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

• Items returned without tags or in a worn/used condition.

• Underwear or intimates due to hygiene reasons.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

• If the requested item is not available, you may opt for store credit or a full refund on eligible items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us at: returns@lelu-blu.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
